Calcufetti Extension Support
Use this page for Unit Lens, selected-value conversion, page access, calculation or extension-interaction problems.
Unit Lens did not annotate a value
Calcufetti deliberately skips ambiguous or unsupported values rather than guessing. If the value should be supported, report what you expected and what happened.
A conversion or annotation looks wrong
Turn Unit Lens off if needed and report the original visible value plus what Calcufetti displayed. Do not send private page content.
Not available on this tab
The current Unit Lens works on ordinary web pages. PDFs, browser pages and the Chrome Web Store are unsupported; granting blanket site access is not the fix.
Selection or conversion issue
Report the kind of value you selected, the unit or interpretation you expected, and the result Calcufetti produced.
Page layout or interaction changed
Turn Unit Lens off to remove Calcufetti annotations. If the problem repeats, describe the affected page behavior and optionally provide the page URL yourself.
Keyboard shortcut or page-access confusion
Chrome may leave the suggested Unit Lens shortcut unbound when it conflicts with another shortcut. You can manage extension shortcuts in Chrome settings.
Billing or licensing
Paid Pro licensing is not yet available in the current public-release preparation build. This page will be updated when a real billing and entitlement flow exists.
Before contacting support
- Confirm you are on an ordinary web page rather than a PDF, browser-internal page or the Chrome Web Store.
- If appropriate, turn Unit Lens off and apply it again, or reload/navigate and retry the normal workflow.
- Do not grant blanket site access as a generic troubleshooting step.
Contact support
Email Calcufetti support and include only the minimum information needed to understand the problem.
- what you expected;
- what Calcufetti displayed or did;
- your Chrome and extension version if known;
- the page URL only if the issue is page-specific and you intentionally choose to provide it.
Do not send passwords, account credentials, financial information, confidential page content or other sensitive material.
