The free product

Calcufetti calculators, converters and the free Calcufetti Extension cost nothing and require no account. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel.

Calcufetti Pro

If Calcufetti Pro does not do what you expected, write to privacy@calcufetti.com within 30 days of the purchase and ask for a refund. You do not need to justify the request.

This applies to both the annual plan and the one-time Founding Lifetime purchase.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer rather than on us.

Who processes the payment

Calcufetti Pro is sold to you by Paddle, acting as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt, takes the payment and any applicable sales tax, and is the party your purchase contract is with.

You can therefore ask either us or Paddle. Writing to us is usually faster, because we can confirm the purchase and pass the request on.

Cancelling an annual plan

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for: Pro keeps working until the end of that period.

Cancelling on its own does not return money for the current period. If you want the current period refunded as well, say so.

The Founding Lifetime purchase is one-time. There is no subscription to cancel.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase, and the 30 days above are offered in addition to that right rather than instead of it.
